For centuries it has also been at war with the rest of the world, with its imperialistic goal to achieve world domination. It has succeeded in conquering the West but faces fierce resistance in the East, becoming a war of attrition.Its 1.5 billion inhabitants enjoy high living standards such as technology, transportation, and education (minus the heavy censoring and distortion of history). State surveillance still prevents any slightest sign of dissent or disloyalty to the state. Among this population, Fairy types are the most common, with Dark, Dragon, and Ice being common too.Queen Artinya III holds absolute power. She dictates all major legislative decisions and personally commands the Arcinian military. Every promotion, demotion, and strategic decision passes through her hands.Arcinia’s economy thrives on industrialization, with technology as its cornerstone. Mining and weapons manufacturing are also vital industries. Its vast territories and efficient systems reduce the need for trade, trivializing embargos and economic sanctions imposed by its enemies.
